By booking a detailing service with AW Detailing, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your appointment.
1. Bookings & Appointments

All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or in person.

Clients must ensure that all personal belongings are removed from the vehicle prior to the appointment. AW Detailing is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items.

Deep cleans, paint corrections, and ceramic coatings require a deposit to secure the booking.

Deposits are non-refundable.
2. Additional Charges & Pricing Adjustments

If the vehicle's interior is heavily soiled with dirt, pet hair, or mould, additional charges will apply.

We strongly advise customers to send a few select pictures of the vehicle’s condition before booking so that we can provide a fair estimate.

If no pictures are provided in advance, pricing will be negotiated on the day of the appointment before any work begins.
3. Service Limitations & Liability

AW Detailing will exercise reasonable skill and care while working on your vehicle; however, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage.

While we take every precaution to ensure a thorough clean, certain stains, marks, or imperfections may not be fully removable.

We are not responsible for damage caused by faulty vehicle components (e.g., loose trims, faulty electronics, or previous poor repairs).
4. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

If extreme weather conditions prevent us from carrying out your booking (e.g., heavy rain, snow, or extreme heat), we will reschedule at no extra cost.

If unforeseen circumstances cause AW Detailing to cancel an appointment, any deposits will be refunded or transferred to a new booking.
5. Payment & Refund Policy

Payments are due upon completion of the service unless agreed otherwise.

No refunds will be issued for completed services unless there is a proven issue with the work performed.
6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide access to a safe working area for our detailing services to be carried out.

If using our mobile detailing service, the customer must ensure there is sufficient space and access to water and electricity if required.
7. Amendments to Terms of Service
AW Detailing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms of Service.
