Returns

Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns. Air fresheners are personal-use items, and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

Refunds & Replacements

We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at official.aw.detailing@gmail.com To process a replacement or refund, we may require:

• A clear photo of the damaged or defective product.
• Your order number and proof of purchase.

If approved, we will offer either:

• A replacement of the same item, or
• A refund to your original payment method.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If your package is missing, please check with your local carrier or file a claim with them directly.

Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After this time, all sales are final.
